The Most Important Thing to John Lovett
I came to Christ as a child at Vacation Bible School. I was sitting in the basement of the church and heard that Jesus came to live on the earth so that our sins could be forgiven and we can have a home in heaven rather than hell. I knew that I needed to accept the gift of salvation that God provided when Jesus died on the cross for our
sin. I prayed that day asking Jesus to come into my heart and He did.
Since I accepted Christ my life is forever different. I have hope for the future and peace within that can only come from having Jesus in my life. I have not always made the right choices in life, but Jesus has been with me through good times and bad to help me back up and help me back into His perfect plan for my life. Because of my relationship with Jesus, my life has purpose and direction; both here on earth and in eternity.
